With Alec Harper and Huw Wiilliams

From my final recital at GSMD in 2013. This is an original composition inspired by John Coltrane’s album Sunship.

Alec Harper – Sax
Huw Williams – Bass

This is from a Big Band project at Guildhall School of Music and Drama featuring Stan Sulzmann. This particular clip features Alec Harper and Ru Pattison on Sax.

Composition from early 2009. Mark Lewandowski on Bass and Ru Pattison on Sax

This is from a 2010 recording session with Giuliano Santos Pereira and Gili Lopes

This was taken from a trio gig I did at Charlie Wrights in 2011 together with Nic Breakspear on Bass and Alec Harper on Saxophones.

This was a totally improvised moment with Pianist Rob Brockway.

“Sometimes I wish I could walk up to my music for the first time, as if I had never heard it before. Being so inescapably a part of it, I’ll never know what the listener gets, what the listener feels, and that’s too bad”. – John Coltrane
